  I went and had nexgen done on my nails. The first lady did not do a good job; she was in a rush. I went in the next day because my nails were lifting at the base and one had chipped. I wanted them off! Mrs. Tina spoke to me, and said that I should come back the next day and she would fix them. I went back a couple days later, and Mrs. Tina pretty muched redid my nails. They look amazing. She told me that I did not have to pay because I had come in less than 24 hrs to fix them originally. She did such an awesome job that I paid her half of the money as a tip. What could have given them a few stars turned out to give them 5 stars due to the hospitality and accountability Mrs. Tina showed.
